Brief Answer: You need to redo pelvic floor repair. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns. 1) If you are wetting yourself then your TVT and pelvic floor repair has failed. You need to redo it. 2) For the time being you can use adult diapers. Also get your urine tested for any infection as they sometimes cause you to wet. 3) The pain in your legs and difficulty lying down is due to your spine problem. Can you tell me what treatment have you taken for the spine problem ? Like spinal brace or surgery or physiotherapy etc ? 4) Constipation may or may not be related. If it is not related, you can try stool softener/laxatives briefly under your physician's guidance. Regards Dr. Som Biswas M.D. Mumbai

Brief Answer: I will advice you to redo the operation. Detailed Answer: Dear XXXXXXX I feel really sorry for you. Your TVT and spinal operations have been far less than perfect. You can take a second opinion if the surgery can be done again. But if it is not possible then you have to wear adult diapers and spinal brace lifelong. As for your infection get a bladder post void residue sonography and let me know the reports. Regards, Dr. Som MD
