Brief Answer:
You should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Urge to urinate could be due to Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
Testicular pain is commonly due to infection, a condition called Orchids. Colour doppler of the Scrotum will confirm the diagnosis.
After these investigations, the cause can be known and the treatment is directed accordingly.
Please consult a Urologist and proceed further.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
