Hi and thank you for asking on HCM!
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows :
1.You are reporting to have had upset stomach, nausea and diarrhea after meal.
These symptoms are typical related with
- acute gastroenteritis
- food poisoning
This is why at your case I suggest to:
- take plenty of water
- use probiotics
- use PPI 's like prilosec
- use imodium to help for diarhea.
- avoid fatty and sugar foods
- use hydramine and tasectan
If the symptoms doesn't improve after a couple of days than you need to see you physician.
Hope it was helpful to you!
