Brief Answer:
It is Acute gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question HealthcareMagic.
The symptoms you have described are due to acute gastritis.
This usually gets worse towards night or early in the morning.
Please take Tab Pantoprazole it will help you .You could take it for 10 days.
Avoid spicy and oily food .
If you are having nausea Pantoprazole in combination with Domstal will help
If it doesn't resolve with this you may have to.go in.for an ULTRASOUND SCAN of the abdomen.
Hope this helps
Best wishes

Hello Doctor, My baby is of 18 months old and on 10.03.2013, she has been suffering from waterly stool in yellow color. we met the children s specialist and he prescribed initially 1. P-250 suspension(60ml), 2. zenflox-oz suspension (30ml), 3. Domstall suspension 4. walyte ORS-IP powder. However, it was not controlled the loose motion for the second or third stool delivery Of course, she delivers her stool in morning hours as normal, but for the second or third time, the stool become loose with some gap or per day 6 to 7 times. Again we met the doctor and explained the situation. the doctor prescribed 1. M-cid suspension(30 ml), 2. vomikind (30ml), 3. walyte ORS-IP powder and 4. STIBS packet. Still she used to deliver soll as i explained above. The doctor also said that if the second time prescribed medicine wouldn t work, then she could have to be given injections morning and evening for 3 days, regularly.Your advice is more appreciable and thanks in advance.

Hi, My kid is 5 weeks old, he is continuously vomiting since last 2 weeks. My Doctor prescribed me Domstal drops four times a day along with Lanzol(Jr) tablet twice a day. There is a confusion, do I need to feed Domstal baby drops or Domstal Suspension drops? In case these medicines didn t work for 1 more week, if not reflux what other problems we could expect?
