What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain Along With Vomiting And Headache?

Question: I am having upper abdomen pain for about 18 hours now. I am experiencing vomiting, headache, fast heart rate, weakness, and dizzy spells. The pain is located in the center of my upper abdomen and it is constant. It is a dull swollen pain. I took Fluoxetine about 18 hours ago.

This sounds like possible gastritis or gastroesphageal reflux or GERD.

These issues can typically cause pain under the sternum sometimes associated with headache.

QAlso, however, gallbladder inflammation can present like this.

You could try an over the counter antacid such as prilosec but I think you are best served to have a physical exam by a trained medical professional to determine exactly what is going on.
