What Causes Unilateral Stiffness In The Hand, Eye And Leg?

there is stiffness in my left hand,left eye and left leg, feeling uneasy from 4 days , initially I was thinking it is due to weather change but it is still persist. may be it because of gym workout. Doc plz suggest what should I do further.

I understand your concern. The causes for your symptoms can be due to autoimmune disorders like SLE or can be due to transient ischemic attacks/ stroke which is very unlikely for your age.
There is nothing to worry and you can wait for a week more and try home remedies like adequate exercise without over straining yourself, keep yourself hydrated. Healthy diet with fresh fruits and vegetables. Immerse your left hand and leg in warm water for 15 mins twice daily.
If your symptoms persists or worsens I would suggest you to meet your physician for a detailed examination and run a few tests like BP, sugar, ECG, etc. Your doctor will be better able to confirm the diagnosis by co-relating your symptoms and lab results.

sometimes there is uneasiness in back or kind of pain and it is happening for last 4 days, should I consult physician immediately.
