Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

The main concern if you have increasing frequency of easy bruising is that you may have a disorder involving your coagulation system or possibly a low platelet count.

The only way to fully assess for this would be for you to see your physician and have your doctor check some basic lab tests.

if you have noticed episodes of bleeding either in your bowel movements or with urination this might also be a concern that you have a disruption of your normal coagulation or a low platelet count.

I think if this is a brand-new finding for you and you noticed increasing frequency of the bruising you should schedule a consultation with your primary physician as soon as possible for a good physical examination in consideration of appropriate blood tests.

Thank you again for sending your question.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
