Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to HCM,
I can understand your concern for your friend,

You need to check her blood pressure, pulse and respiratory rate and body temperature. Also, check her consciousness level. If she is oriented and there is good BP, pulse rate 50-80, and respiratory rate 12-20 then her vital signs are fine.

If there is any loss of sensation in legs or arms, consciousness altered , temperature higher than 39DegreeC or any abnormal BP reading, you should take her to see ER promptly.

Also, if she has breathing difficulties or chest pain, excessive sweating, she should see a doctor/ER promptly. Otherwise, she can rest in bed, take more fluids, and have easier food.

Hope this is clear, feel free to ask further.

Wishing her a good health.
Regards
