Detailed Answer:
Hello & thank you for
submitting
your question.

Facial muscles can be very sensitive to several factors including fatigue of the specific muscles being used, overall fatigue/lack of sleep, stress, and even metabolite imbalances. It would be worthwhile to assess if you have been experiencing an excess of any of these factors as well as overuse of the facial muscles (eg, holding a smile for long period of time such as during photography, etc). If the symptoms persist or if you notice fatigue or shaking of other muscles or any imbalance/assymetry of your face, please see your physician for a physical examination.

Sincerely,
Dr Galamaga
