From the picture it appears to be an enlarged turbinate only. One cannot make out if it is cancerous or not just looking at it.
Please tell me what symptoms are you having like nasal obstruction or discharge or sneezing?
Any bleeding?
Have you got any investigations done?
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.

Brief Answer:
Nasal turbinate hypertrophy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the information.
You should completely relax if the examination turn out be negative.
The nasal cancers always have symptoms like nasal bleed or obstruction. You don't have any symptoms, so any cancer is unlikely. if still you have any doubts, get a CT paranasal sinuses done. It will definitely clear all the doubts.
You are always welcome with any further questions.
Stay healthy.
Thanks and regards
