Question: I am having trouble sleeping. it doesn't seem to make a difference whether I go to sleep early or late. but if I go to sleep early I am more likely to wake up more. I always wake up dragging and still feeling tired. all I want to do is sleep more. if I take a nap sometimes I just end up sleeping more because I can't seem to wake up. but if I stay asleep it doesn't make a difference later when I need to wake up either in the evening or the next morning. often times I will fall asleep because I can't stay awake and still not wake refreshed. even if I sleep through the night.

I can understand your concern.
If you are not obese and having stressful life than possibility of stress, tension and anxiety related sleep disturbances is more.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs. These drugs will also help in sleep disturbance.
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Don't worry, you will be alright.
