Brief Answer:
Follow Physiotherapy exercises and upload all investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

I do remember our chat regarding your concerns. In the chat, I had suggested you to get few investigations. Have you got them done? If yes, Please upload the reports here. I also hope you are following all the measures as I suggested in the chat.

As you do not have any pain now and only tremors of right hand, I feel that you can go for physiotherapy exercises. For this, you can consult a physiotherapist nearby your place or can use squeeze ball (stress ball).

Place the ball in the palm of your hand and squeeze your fingers around it as tightly as possible. Hold this position for five seconds. Relax and repeat 10 times. Follow this regularly.

This should gradually improve your tremors and continue taking multivitamins regularly.

Hope this answers your query. If any further clarifications, I will be happy to help you.

Regards
