As you have mentioned that there is mild pain on pressing tooth , see this mild pain can be due to senstivity or due to carious tooth also . What I will suggest you is you do Emoform R toothpaste that is for senstivity for one week. If you wont get relief after one week then consult dentist and go for Intra oral periapical radiograph (IOPA) X-Ray of that tooth.
