Question: hi doc my daughter is 4 and half months old.since 2 days her head seems very warm.i checked her body temperature and that was normal.what can be the reason

This is a very common scenario. Usually, blood supply to the scalp, neck region and abdomen are more.

This is the normal physiological response because of increased blood supply to these regions.

Unless the thermometer shows a temperature of more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit you need not take it has a fever at all.
