Brief Answer:
Requires evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Numbness distally over feet or toe region is suggestive of peripheral neuropathy.
The diagnosis of cause of such disorder is based on nerve conduction study and blood tests.
Blood sugar, thyroid profile, vitamin B 12, liver function test, renal function test and immunoelectropheresis for myeloma should be done.
Nerve biopsy may be required in few cases.
Is there any low back pain?
You should visit to a neurologist for detailed examination and evaluation.
Upload any reports if available.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

I am in excruciating pain with my low back. A radio wave cauterization of my sensory nerves procedure was done XXXXXXX 5 and obviously failed. It was on my right side and now it feels like a tight band is wrapped around me affecting my buttocks as well as my right front thigh seizing up with nerve pain. I have a follow up with the back doctor who ordered the. Procedure on Tuesday. I will be asking for a referral to a neurosurgeon,

Brief Answer:
Please upload reports, may need to visit a neurosurgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

With severe low back pain possibility of lumbar canal stenosis or cauda equina syndrome due to nerve root compression is most likely.

If medications are not helpful, then surgery is required.
Please upload the previous reports and MRI for a detailed analysis. You can simply upload/attach them to the reports section of this web page.

Wishing you good health and early recovery.
