Brief Answer:
Wait & observe

Detailed Answer:
Hello

thank you for getting back. As there is no previous significant medical history so we need to evaluate further. There is a possibility that this low BP was causes by medicine. I would suggest you to record his BP thrice a day for 3 days. Then check if the values are within normal limits or not. Normal BP is 120/80 mmHg (+-10 mmHg). If there is slight deviation then no need to worry BUT if deviation is more then he needs evaluation. Meanwhile if you observe his BO falls back to mentioned level then give him small quantity of saltish food. It will increase the levels back to normal.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
