I have had extreme fatigue for months, the recent feeling of being faint is new. I wake up tired. I seem to go through my work day and then around 3:00 have to lie down but instantly fall into a deep sleep. I am not 100 per cent during the day as I feel tired.

I have a taste of metal in my mouth.

Appetite is normal

No ringing in my ears.

No vomiting sensation.

Brief Answer:
Increase intake of salt in your diet.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for the information.

Well your problem could be due to

1. Vitamin Deficiency especially B12 and D3.
2. Diabetes.
3. Thyroid problems.
4. High or Low Blood pressure.

You need to get evaluated for the above conditions. But first get your blood pressure checked in Lying down condition and Standing condition. If it is abnormal then I shall advise you what needs to be done for that. But if your blood pressure comes normal thyen get the following tests done and revert back with reports.

Complete Hemogram, Serum Vitamin B12, D3 levels, TSH, FBS and PPBS.

Revert back with reports.

Till then drink plenty of water , increase the intake of salt in your diet.

Regards.
