Brief Answer:
Can be a periodontal abscess!!

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX First of all thanks for approaching Healthcaremagic for your query.I read through your query and accordingly I must say that nothing much to be worried in this case.I must say that it might be an abscess formation( can be periodontal abscess)due to some infection beneath the root of the tooth. Also there are stains and debris on your tooth,so I suspect periodontal abscess(from this view I cant see any decay on your tooth. If its due to decay it can be periapical abscess. But nothing much to be worried in this case.I suggest you to follow these steps:
1)Brush twice daily
2)do listerine mouthwash (it is good for gum diseases)
3)do saltwater gargle twice daily(helps reduce infection)
Besides these meet a dentist get a good deep scaling done.(as this picture doesnt reveal any information regarding any decay on top of the tooth I feel that it is infection of gums). If pain is present you can take antibiotic and analgesics(get prescription from your dentist). So I suggest you to be cool and calm and meet a dentist get it cleaned and follow the oral hygiene instructions said earlier.I will surely relieve your problem.Be cool and stay happy.Happy and cheerful mind is treatment for any disease.Hope you are benefitted something from this reply. If you have more queries please be free to approach us,we are eagerly waiting for your queries and solve them as early as possible.Have a healthy day!!!!

Thanks a lot Doctor.
Can it be Canker sore? It is slightly painful, you can say little discomfort. I never had this kind of thing before in my life.
I will definitely go for scaling.
Is it immunity related?
Right now it is just a tiny white spot. Did not feel any pus collection inside.

Brief Answer:
Cant be a canker sore!!!

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for your prompt reply. It cant be a canker sore as canker sores are found rarely in these areas of the mouth. It cant be also due to reduced immunity as reduced immunity will not produce problem at single area it will produce problems (lesions)in different areas. It can be due to toothbrush trauma.I suggest you to follow the oral hygiene practices mentioned bt me earlier and if pain increases please do take xray and meet a dentist and get it treated based on the clinical presentation.(if any decay is present it can be diagnosed through xray treated accordingly).Follow these and your discomfort will disappear in few days.Stay happy and have cool mind.Hope you are benefitted something from this reply.Have a healthy day!!!

Though after my last exposure I did HIV test from local pathology lab after 4 months and test result was negative.
