Question: Hello Doc, I just wanted to know why do we get these tiny black or red dots on the skin ?

It can be simple freckles it moles.

Thanks for the photograph.
These are moles ( nevus)
It is a totally harmless condition.
You dont need to worry.
Although these cannot be stopped from appearing on skin but can be easily removed with LASER.
Please meet a dermatologist if want to get these removed.
