Brief Answer:
Ear fullness

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
Fullness in the ears is either due to wax or middle ear infection.
As the hearing test is normal, it can just be eustachian tube blockage.
Please tell me do you have any frequent nasal infections or throat infections?
Send me the audiometry pictures.
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
Take care
Thanks and regards
