Question: I have sore tingling lips on the inside, red spots on the inside of my mouth and on my hard palate and a sore throat....

It can be due to streptococcus (bacterial) infection or a viral infection.
Do you have fever also?
Sometimes due to vitamin deficiency or improper digestion also causes soreness and ulcer in Mouth.
if i were your treating doctor I would advice you to take amoxycilin plus clavulonic acid.use a good antiseptic mouthwash.
Capsule nutrolin B plus.
Maintain good oral hygiene.
