What causes tingling sensation in the left hand?

I woke up this morning and I am experiencing something strange with my left hand. When I grip something my hand and fingers go down and turn inward towards my body. There is no pain or tingling. I spilled coffee on myself. Also my left knee has been giving YYYY@YYYY
