Question: I am experiencing tingling in my left arm and hand. Seem to not hAVE CONTROL OVER MUSCLES. STARTED ON LEFT SIDE OF FACE.

It's possible that you could have experienced symptoms of impending stroke or Transient Ischaemic Attack (TIA).

I suggest that you get yourself examined by a Physician to rule this out. You may need a Head CT Scan to look for brain bleeds or clots.

Avoid salty diet, fatty or sweet food. Eat healthy. Avoid smoking or alcohol.
