Question: I just started feeling random tingling inside and on the bottom of my left pinky and ring fingers. No numbness (yet), but worrisome enough due to the fact that I havent applied any pressure or trauma to the area. I should mention that Im overweight (235 lbs and should be around 180), so a fear is something like diabetes. Last time I had a blood sugar test, it came back totally normal. Worth checking out or is it more than likely a random bodily kink?

Brief Answer:
Less likely to be due to Diabetis

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Sir

Isolated tingling sensation in finger is less likely to be due to Diabetis, its much more likely to be due to carpal tunnel syndrome or Calcium / Vitamin D deficiency.

Exact diagnosis will however depend on clinical examination .

I would suggest you the following

1. If you are going for blood sugar examination , do also get get Serum calcium levels checked.

2. Empirical Oral Calcium and Vitamin D supplements will be helpful

3. Thorough clinical examination from your Primary care physician

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you

Take Care

Best Regards

Ok thats good :)
Its rather odd because today, after a nights sleep, i have an odd feeling in my left hand. Its minute but still present, when i clench my hand into a fist and then release, it has a sort of burning/tingling sensation, whereas the other hand does not. Along with a general uncomfort in the arm too (hoping its not heart related). Would that still probably be under the carpal tunnel umbrella?

Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be cardiac cause

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir

As your young age its unlikely to be due to heart condition. Cardiac pain usually occurs after exertion . I would suggest you to follow the previous advise.
Still possibility of carpal tunnel syndrome needs to be considered.

Thank you doctor

Sorry to keep asking questions, but I woke this morning with pretty agonizing sharp right ankle pain.
I've been waking with plantar pain on both feet for months, presumably due to switching between shoes mid-day, as well as probably not having the best arch support boots (evening shoes).
I'm overweight (about 50lbs overweight), and I mention that because I'm curious if this new ankle pain is more than likely a tweak that happened or something underlying like diabetes?
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Kindly get blood sugar levels done

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir

As previously suggested it is advisable to get Blood sugar and serum calcium levels done to conclusively to rule out diabetes as underlying cause of symptoms .

Do get it done and kindly get back to me.
