Question: Hi- this morning I woke up with my left groin/leg area feeling tingley and tender...just the left side. No rash, no bruises that I see. On the front towards in leg area. Hurts to wear underwear. Mild discomfort. Kind of stings.

Have you been wearing tight underwear or had some long travel recently?
If yes, such symptoms seem to be caused by a genitofemoral nerve injury due to compression. It is not a serious issue as this nerve is responsible for skin sensing only.
And it should go away by its own.
