Brief Answer:
It is more likely anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Health care magic.

I tead your query and understand your concerns.

Most heart conditions are evident on tests such as 2D echo and absence of any such abnormality indicates possibility of anxiety disorder rather than anything else.

In addition presence of pain on few occasions and your young age points toward anxiety rather than snything else.

I hope this answers you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for follow up.

The meditation and yoga take time to show effect in anxiety and it is possible that with repeated practice the pain will come down significantly.

The symptoms of anxiety are very diffuse and may involve every system of body including tingling, numbness, paraesthesia, breathlessness, inability to walk, tremors and lot more.

I hope this helps you further.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
