I have a swollen underarm and pain as needle, tingling. I ve done an ultrasound last Monday with no lymph node detected, but still have same pain same swelling.

* The current issue is likely to be of low grade inflammation below the said area giving discomfort .
* Guidelines at present:
- Keep the part clean with antiseptic liquid , dry .
- Avoid tight clothing .
- Should take anti inflammatory drug as Ibuprofen or paracetamol after meals with antacids .
- Local application of ice pack 3 times a day for 5 minutes each
- Avoid weight lifting with the same arm.
* Follow up after 24 hours or early as per the requirement .
