Brief Answer:
You need evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.

After going through your question there are following possibilities in your case -
1) Reactive hypoglycemia :
After intake of high carbohydrate food there is sudden release of insulin that leads to low blood sugar level that may lead to similar complaints . Check your blood sugar during episode.

2) After food there is divergence of blood supply to digestive system and decreased blood supply to extremities this decrease in blood supply may further aggravated by narrowing of blood vessels (due to atherosclerotic disease) which may associated with similar complaints.
It may also present with claudication pain ie. Pain after walking for short distance or even rest pain due to decreased blood supply to nerves.

3) After intake of food containing high carbohydrates or fibers there may be shift of electrolytes from blood to digestive tract to the cells and there may be decreased blood electrolyte levels.

You should consult your physician for detailed clinical evaluation..

Following investigation may be helpful -
Complete blood count.
Blood sugar levels during episode.
Serum Electrolytes
Serum Calcium, phosphorus, Magnesium.
CPK.

Hope I have answered your question.
I will be happy to answer your further questions, if any.

Dear Sir
Thanks for your answer.
In addition to this ,Im taking alchohol, and whenever it consume ,the next day there is heavy pain in legs from hip to toe.this present from morning to evening and subsides slowly 2nd day of rest.
Also whenerver I take beer ,I couldnot walk for short distance also with throbbing pain in legs and hands ,always want bedrest.for whole day. Also pain in the all over the body.

Recently I have knee pain for 6months and also now hand joint pains.Consulted doctor for knee pain ,he suggested glucosamine for 15days and brugel ointment. But its of no relief completely.

Earlier diabetes doctor gave Dulane 20(duloxetine) for pain ,which seems effective for pain, but im littlebit fear to take this all time.as it is pain killer

Does all this due to Neuropathy ,and fibromyalgia..pls suggest.

Im fear my nerves damaged and musles lost strength

Thanks
