Hello dear
Welcome to HCM and thanks for query
I understand your concern

Your symptoms could be a tension headache due to stress/anxiety or hypertension induced headache
I would suggest to consult the cardiologist and undergo blood pressure measurement.
If it is not under control, then it should be managed by additional medicine like sodium nitroprusside or nifedipine.
If blood pressure is under control, then it could be a tension headache.
Following treatment will helpful
Take Acetaminophen 1000 mg twice a day after meal.
If it will not be helpful then take Naproxen 500mg twice a day after meal.
Take sound sleep for 8 hours.
Do regular relaxing exercises and walk.
Drink plenty of water and avoid dehydration.
Using stress management and relaxing often makes headaches less likely
Recurrent headache is prevented by tablet amitriptyline
