What causes tightening in the face and anger?

Posted on Thu, 20 Jul 2017 in Bones, Muscles and Joints
Question: Can clenching/tightening face in anger and hitting cheekbone to soft pillow change position of cheekbone (position of any point/part of cheekbone or entire cheekbone) or any other facial bone? Thinking it's a paranoid thought.
