Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

Your concern is appreciated

The explained symptoms can be due to anxiety and if the present medication are not helping you can talk to your doctor to change it or increase the dose.
The meds you take for hypothyroidism in overdosage can result in increase heart rate which may lead to throbbing sensation and also cause tremors.
Other causes which need clinical co relation and evaluation
include anemia, abnormal heart rhythms, congestive heart failure, hypertension aortic valve insufficieny,
Atrial fibrillation and flutter.

Examination of the throat should be done some times any growth or inflammation can lead to abnormal sensation in the throat.

Hb, TFTs , ECG , echocardiography, can be done

After exclusion of any organic cause psychiatric consultation should be done.

wishing you best of health

Please consult your doctor before taking any further course of action

hope it helps
Thanks
