Question: After Speaking loudly for while then my throats pain Kindly advice ant medicine and is it normal ?

It is common for throat to pain if your are not used to talking loudly. There is no medicines for it. You can only prevent it by not speaking loudly. Understand your voice pitch and do not raise more than that. Salt water gargling may help.
