Brief Answer:
Take a HIV 1/2 test after 6 months

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

As you have undergone HIV 1 and 2 COMBO test at 21 days following a possible exposure and the test as come as Non Reactive. It means that antibodies to HIV 1 / 2 have not been detected in the sample.

This means that you are either not been exposed to HIV 1/2 infection or the sample has been tested during window period (before the development of detectable levels of antibodies).

Though we are 99% sure of you not being HIV infected because of 1% chance I recommend to repeat the test after 6 months of possible exposure, if it is non reactive it will be 100% conclusive.

The symptoms are may be due to some seasonal viral infection, which will subside in few days with the treatment suggested by your doctor.
Thank you,

Brief Answer:
Tests are suggesting you are safe.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back to Healthcare Magic,

As you have undergone CMIA test which tests for HIV 1 and 2 and P 24 antigen at 21 days of possible exposure and the test as come as Non Reactive with index of 0.4.It means that antibodies to HIV 1 / 2 have not been detected in the sample.

The p24 antigen tests are only useful in the immediate short term i.e. 2-4 weeks after infection. They are sensitive and effective and used only in conjunction with other testing.

Symptoms are not suggestive of HIV infection, I can understand your concern but don't bother about this it will subside with medicines like Tab Ibuprofen.

So I suggest you to repeat the test after 6 months of possible exposure, if it is non reactive it will be 100% confirmatory.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Symptoms are not suggestive of syphilis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
It ismy pleasure to answer your query,

Your symptoms doesn't suggest me of syphilis. The symptoms may be due to some other infection.

I would suggest you to take a course of antibiotics like tab Bactoclav, 625 mg, twice daily for minimum of 5 days along with analgesic and chlorhexidine mouth gargle. Bactoclav is an antibiotic and you will need a prescription for it.

The symptoms will subside in few days. To confirm HIV infection you should test at six months of possible exposure.

Your doctor has advised VDRL test only to remove the anxiety associated with infection like syphilis.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
May be side effects of PEP

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the follow up query,

The symptoms are very non specific, some of them are may be side effects of PEP. You requires physical examination to know what exactly you are having.

Some of the symptoms looks like psychological effects due to fear of HIV. As your reports are in normal range, there is no need to bother much. I would suggest you to consult your doctor for counselling to remove the anxiety of HIV.

Thank you.

It will subside in few days to week

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

The probable side effects of PEP will subside in few days to week time, nothing to worry it will subside.

I would suggest you to undergo ELISA for HIV 1/2 antibody after completing 180 days (Maximum incubation period for HIV infection).
