Brief Answer:
Endocrinological work up required

Detailed Answer:
Hello young fellow,

Welcome again to the forum and thanks for your follow up. Though I required to see the reports of your complete blood profile to help you best but even then after the analyses of your complete query there can be a possibility impaired functions of hormones or due to generalized weakness also.

Hair growth and in all of us males at beard and other body sites are basically controlled by bit hormonal function as well as by general nutrition too.

Some times whenever there is an additional impairment in generalized well being or sexual functions then it indicates us towards function of testosterone hormone.

I suggest you to meet an endocrinologist for your work up for the same and therefore accordingly treatment.

I hope these information will you.

with regards,

Dr Sanjay Kanodia
