Cause by excessive removal.

Hello,

That is skin that is dead and the more you remove it, the more it will get substituted.

I would suggest that it is possible for you, to remove it by a specialist and do manicure. Then try to use Vaseline every day to keep it moistured.

If it still repeats then consider doing a complete blood count test to rule out possible anemia.
