- This problem is from 2 days
-No I didn't face any pain in my lower abdominal, no fever , no burning in urine, no itching
- No I have not gone under any urine test.
its only I have this constant urge of passing urine , I m taking lot of water still having no satisfying urine pass.

I am in a remote area can't take the test presently can u suggest some medicine antibiotics

Ideally for urinary tract infection, the line of management is as follows:
- Take T. NORFLOX 400mg twice daily for 5 days. Since this is a prescription drug, you need to get it prescribed by a doctor.
- Also take Syrup. CITRALKA one tsp in one glass of water, this is used to treat other symptoms like burning sensation, abdominal pain etc.
- Also drink plenty of fluids.
But it would be always worthwhile to do the test and then to initiate treatment.
