Get Ultrasound scanning done to rule out Varicocele

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted You have been diagnosed to have Chronic Epididymitis .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Have you done Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum very recently to rule out Varicocele ?

It is known for Chronic Epididymitis to have flare up of infection off and on .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of scrotum to rule out Varicocele

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Yes have had ultrasound no sign of anything. been diagnosed like 4 years ago. Until now it use to be on the right side now on the left side? the urologist put me on doxycycline he said he likes it cause it dosent mess with good bacteria? Maybe the drugs you said are more effective? Urine test to and nothing.
