Brief Answer:
Need to do xrays

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.

You need to do x-rays to verify is there any sign of fractures in hips or pubic bone. However, even if there is no fracture, the pain may persist up to 2 months especially if you have osteoporosis. You should take analgesics, rest and consider physical therapy.

Wish you good health. Regards
