Brief Answer:
It can be deficiency of salt in body

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Cramps can be due to deficiency of salt in diet. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Drink one glass of water with one tea spoon ful of salt.
2.Take 1000 mg calcium Daily with 60000 unit vitamin D 3 once a week for six weeks.
3.cramps are more in evening, because of muscle relaxation in cold weather. Try to maintain a little warm temperature. Also avoid rice in diet at night time.
