Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not cardiac related.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your question and reviewed your cardiac ultrasound and would confirm that it is quite normal and your symptoms are not cardiac related.

Anxiety or a musculo-skeletal disorder could be the cause of your symptoms.

I recommend performing some other tests to investigate for the possible cause:

1- a resting ECG
2- a chest X ray study
3- a cervical spine X ray study to exclude possible back bone disorder which can cause all this symptomatology
4- some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate).

If all the above tests are normal, you should consider anxiety as the main cause of your symptoms.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

Thank you for the additional information.

I carefully reviewed all your tests and would explain that they are perfectly normal, except of a slightly decreased protrombine time.

This can be related to vitamin K supplements or dehydration.

Anyway, you should know that it is not a very specific test, because it can depend on many factors.

The INR is intended to standardize PT, such that a PT generated from one laboratory would yield an INR value comparable to that generated from any other laboratory in the world.

Your INR values are within the normal limits. This indicates that there is nothing wrong with your blood. It is quite normal. Your coagulation tests are within the normal limits. INR is a more confident indicator than PT for this purpose.

I recommend discussing with your doctor on the above tests.

Best wishes,

Dr. Iliri
