Question: Can squeezing a zit on bottom of chin while pressing pushing on bottom of chin in any direction cause any change in position or shape of any part of chin? Or flatten/elevate chin? Thanks.

It cannot cause any permanent changes.

Applying the pressure can cause mild trauma to the surrounding skin and this can cause very temporary slight swelling to occur in some instances but this would easily improve within 24 to 36 hours or sooner.

The swelling would cause the area to appear elevated.

This would only occur if the area is squeezed very hard.
