Need more detailed history

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I am Dr Mittal
I will try to help you with your query
Can you please describe the problem in more details?
That would be highly appreciated. Please make it as detailed as possible.

I have read your reports and prescriptions that you uploaded.
I realize he has a brain attack, or basically a stroke.
Sometimes even that can cause the symptoms of irritability and altered mood and behavior.
Hypertension can be a cause and a risk causing the stroke.

Please get back to me with more complete history
Best of luck
Dr Mittal
