Brief Answer:
I am interested to know what your blood pressure is like.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, welcome to HCM,
I am interested to know what your blood pressure is like.
It may explain some of your symptoms --intermittent fast pulse, feeling of feverishness, a little bleeding.
Another factor could be a small growth in your Adrenal glands that sit on top of the kidneys.
I would like you to check your blood pressure, do an abdominal sonography to look for Adrenal growth, and a Urinary VMA test to find out whether the Adrenal glands are hyperactive.
Still another possibility is a Thyroid hyperfunction.
Please also get your Thyroid tests done.
You can revert back to me with these reports. After seeing reports I may want one more test--a renal doppler, but that is only if rest of the tests are normal.
Regards
