Question: Hi I am a 42 y/o man with a 3 year history of pain discoloration and mushy swelling on the underside of my penis when flaccid. My penis no longer hangs the way it used to and there is a loss of sensation and dull ache pain. It looks like a rubber band broke and bunched up near the tip of my penis under the shaft. I have been to 3 urologists and I know I have a stricture in the urethra. I believe something is torn in my penis however, onset was during intercourse/foreplay with my wife 3 years ago. I have had no MRI's or ultrasounds of the area. I have had other problems since then which I don't know whether they are related. Could something be torn that I am not aware of? I can pee and ejaculate but the pain is always in the penis. Thank you in advance.

Brief Answer:
I personally do not think that something was torn

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thank You for consulting HealthcareMagic!

I personally do not think that something was torn, as that does not present for so long.

I think of hernia, Kidney stone and infections like epididymitis, etc. However, a Physical examination is mandatory to assess this since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out.

Even stricture urethra can also be a cause. Please get it treated as early as possible and then we can look for other causes.

Stay healthy and thank you for consulting! You can contact me again anytime, if you need clarifications or further assistance in future. Kindly rate the answer if you are satisfied.

Hi, About 10+ weeks ago, I began having a pain in my testicles (I am 16). This pain was accompanied by cramps in my groin, and some pain radiating down into my legs. I went to the doctor and he didn t feel anything abnormal, so he booked me for a testicular ultrasound as well as did urine and blood tests. Everything came back normal. The pain in my testicles began to go away and was replaced by a very sensitive scrotum and what feels like hard/swollen epididymis only after ejaculation. As well my stomach and back began to experience more discomfort. I went back to the doctors again, he told me everything still felt normal and booked me for a stomach ultrasound, which came back normal. I also had a massage therapy and was told all my muscles were very tense. The next day I began experiencing pain in my penis, which has gotten better but is still there. Also recently I ve noticed that the lymph nodes in my groin and armpit appear swollen (possibly because I had the flu last Thursday). This has all caused me a lot of mental stress and would just like another opinion on whether it s stress/muscular, hormonal, infection, or worse.

I am Rahul, 27yr, Suffered from tubercular epididymo orchitis 4yr back & treated with ATD. There is a palpable nodule on the urethra which was painful at the time of diagnosis. There is no problem with micturation. But when erection occurs i appreciate that sensation is reduced due to the pressure effect. Sometimes i feel like a pin prick when glans is touched, I ve consulted with urologist but Dr. told that no need to worry about that. But it causing impotent to some extent due to the pain, i want to remove it, what i ll do??

My son was diagnosed with orchitis or epididymitis. My problem is that he always gets this immediately following an ingrown toenail infection. Also, his left side lower abdomen hurts more than his left testicle. He was given antibiotic injections, one each day for three days, and 5 days of azithromycin. This is the fourth time he has had this and it get worse each time. He is 12 years old. The urologist said yesterday that this just happens sometimes. What does that even mean??? He is finished with the antibiotics and seems a little better, but not like he usually is after the antibiotics.
