What Causes Swollen Lymph Node On The Left Side Of Neck?

Question: my wife aged 35 yrs is diganosed for Necrotizing granulomatus lymphadenitis on left side of neck , suggestive of koch's . Also performed the mantoux test with induration of 8 mm. she is having the lymphnodes from last 2 years with no fever, no weight loss and nothing in the chest and all other tests are ok. Lymphnodes use to reduce to minimum with mild antibiotics earlier.she was admitted to hospital for fever at 99 to 100 f from 15 days . she recovered in a day. Now, doctor advised to go for TB treatment. Please advise.
