Question: I have swollen lymph node in my groin and i have been having this feeling of fullness in my lower groin, sometimes I have loss of appetite. I am really worried

I feel it everyday all the time, its just on lymph node on the side of my groin, and no I dont think its bigger than 1cm. But i worry alot. Could it be lymphoma?

I will suggest you really calm down and don't get scared by an almost impossible fortuitous finding of this lymph node. besides, is there any special reason why you are concerned about possible lymphoma besides this lymph node finding?
