Detailed Answer:
Hello again XXXXXX!
It is nice to hear again from you and I am glad that you are feeling better with your stomach problem and other symptoms are improving.

Regrading the current problem ,it is important to specify if you are touching lymph nodes under the chin or you are touching salivary glands (like submandibular glands that are normally felt under the jaw).
If you have swollen lymph nodes under the jaw,you will feel them as round, firm ,hard lumps with the size of a pea or greater.
Subamdibular glands can be felt under the jaw and they are symmetric in left and right side of jaw.
Most of lumps under the chin are benign lumps that everybody can have .They don't have any medical significance.

Swollen lymph nodes under the jaw are caused commonly from a viral infection of upper respiratory tract like common cold, flu,.In this case you would have swollen ,tender and painful lymph nodes and other symptoms like runny nose, sore throat, fever, cough etc.
Swollen lymph nodes may be the size of a pea or kidney bean, or even larger.
Teeth or gums infection can cause swollen lymph nodes under the jaw.

Since you don't have any sign of infection and the lymph nodes are not painful,I don't think they are due to any infection.

If you are sure that you touch a lump under your chin that is painless in touch ,it feels hard and doesn't move when you push it ,that continue to enlarge or has been there for more then 3-4 weeks and it is associated with night sweats , unexplained weight loss ,fever ,you may consider to consult a physician and get examined.Otherwise you don't need to worry.

Considering your findings and symptoms ,I don't think you have anything to worry about.
I would suggest just to observe it (always if you touch for sure a lump under the chin that is at least as a pea or larger ).Smaller lymph nodes don't have any significance.

So to summarize :if you feel lymph nodes larger than a pea size under the chin there are 3 possibilities:
1-They are swollen lymph node due to infection (in this case they are tender to touch and are accompanied by other symptoms of infection). This is not your case.
2-Can be due to a malign condition :In this case the lymph nodes are round ,firm , hard in touch that increases constantly and are accompanied by symptoms like fever, night sweats ,unexplained weight loss, fatigue etc.
3- We can feel small painless lymph nodes that are normal benign finding and you don't have any of the above symptoms.

Try to relax and don't touch the lymph nodes all the time because irritation can cause them to swell.

Since this thing gives you anxiety ,the best thing to do is to consult a general physician for examination so he can tell you for sure if you have swollen lymph nodes or not.

Let me know for any question you might have.
Take care.

Thanks for reply and detailed answer.you give me a detailed answer and i am little bit confused after this. but i am sure about some symptoms like i dont have fever and night sweats. but sometimes i feel a very little sensation under chin. i dont know its due to glands or due to my touching etc. but i can feel these glands. this feeling start from 3 days or 2 days. sometimes i think that may b these start because i am more concern about these glands. or does it possible that its due to anxiety i am checking again and again?. because all of these things start when i got some info related to these glands and armpit glands related to some issues. now a little sensation i can feel, on that particular parts about which i have studied before on internet.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

Usually if you have swollen lumps that are not painful in touch or tender, they don't cause any king of discomfort so the sensation under your chin or in armpits most likely is due to over touching these areas to search for gland or it might be due to anxiety.
I know that reading materials about swollen painless lymph nodes in internet can be really frighting because they describe some serious condition.

Correct me if I am wrong but you don't have any other symptom (fever, persistent weight loss, night fever) and you don't actually feel any concrete swollen lymph node under your chin or in your armpits (I mean lymph nodes that are there all the time, that you can touch and localize perfectly, that you can tell their number, size ,consistency ) ,you have only the sensation that you have swollen lymph nodes .

Under your chin you may touch your salivary glands that are smooth in consistency ,not round shape (most likely oval ) ,not well confined in touch.
They may confuse you.
Once again If you feel any lymph node it will be round ,well confined, firm , as a pea or larger. It may increase it's dimensions progressively .If this happen you should consult a physician to get it examined.

I suggest to relax , it is not an urgency. If you really feel these lymph nodes under your chin ,just observe them for some time (1-2 weeks) .
If they ares till there you may consult a physician for examination.
In this case physical examination is very important to determine if you are touching swollen lymph nodes or normal glands and your anxiety is making them feel like lymph nodes.

Please let me know if I can help you further.
Regards.

yes doctor i dont have fever and night sweats or night fever.but about weight loss i dont know , as i already told you that i have weight loss but now i think i have maintained weight from some weeks(i think) because i have not checked my weight from a long time due to tension and fear. you might be right these may b salivary glands. and i was touching these more from last some days and during touching i feel some little feeling same as we feel when we eat some sore thing. i cant find any thing under my armpit physically. only problem i was feeling burning feeling there. but these under chin gland i search from 3 days but under chin or throat little sensation was from i think a weak. but things giving me tension are like my throat a little bit feel more hot. is it normal or not? i was having no feeling one month before and sometimes i think it start when i read on internet and after that same day i start searching nodes under armpit.. but feelings are real.
my other symptoms are very much improved like stomach, anxiety also reduced , back head pain decreased , muscle pain is also very less . muscle twitching still there but its less now. i told you about leg or lower body vibration. its also decrease but its still present (this one is main thing that giving me anxiety).

Hi,

As me have discussed your weight loss was explained by obvious reason (so it wasn't an unexplained weight loss) and since it is pretty much stable now you don't need to worry. It doesn't indicate a problem.

The fact that your symptoms have gradually improved is a very good sign, means that you are on the right way.
You should stop worrying and reading in the internet ,it just makes your anxiety worse.

In my opinion you don't have any reason to worry. If you would have swollen lymph nodes you would touch them. These feeling in throat might be just a throat irritation (due to cold weather) and it may feel like hot or scratchy but is will pass.
You can drink some hot tea with honey to soothe the discomfort.
These sensation are triggered from your anxiety.I would suggest to relax and just observe for some time (1-2 weeks).
It is very important to rest ,sleep well and eat healthy.

Considering all your history ,I can tell that your symptoms are very vague .With this I mean that they don't indicate a specific disease that would concern me.
Most likely they are caused from minor problems and triggered from your anxiety.

Regards,
Dr.Rovena

you are right most of the symptoms are related to minor problems . but these minor problems combine together to give me anxiety. but over all i am improved . only these glands are now i am feeling. i will see sometime then i will inform you.

Brief Answer:
observe for some days.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

I can understand that finding anything suspicious in our body causes you anxiety but considering all your symptoms ,I can tell you that they don't indicate a specific disease.
Try to relax and just observe these glands for 1-2 weeks.
They might be swollen lymph nodes under the chin ,caused from an inflammation anywhere in upper respiratory tract .This will pass in 1-2 weeks.
If your throat feels hot and scratchy or if the back of your throat looks inflamed ,you can do some gargle with salt water to ease the discomfort.

Let me know how it will go and if you need further help.

Take care,

dr i think you are right it might be due to anxiety or just a little infection something . because when i am ignoring this now my feeling are very much less. i am not touching these glands. one time i checked now but i think these are reduced or may b same size as before but i am not feeling .i will inform you after one week . but dr i have already informed you about these lower body or leg vibration which i feel sometimes . this was also reduced very much from last one week. but now from two day i am again observing. can you please tell me is there any relation between lack of sleep and these tremor type vibrations? because i am not sleeping well from some days. infact i sleep less from many years. but i never feel these feelings.

Brief Answer:
Poor sleep can cause such strange symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again Rakesh!

The symptoms that you describe of 'vibrating' is very atypical and does not fit in a specific neurologic disease.Considering the fact that you don't have any other neurological complain like numbness ,pain, and that this sensation is not persistent ,it might be induced from stress /anxiety and the lack of sleep can make them worse.
Poor sleeping habits can cause you to feel many strange symptoms.
You need to sleep well at least 7 hours at night.Sleep is crucial for a healthy body.
Try to relax, sleep more these days and see what happen.
If these sensations are persistent (you feel them most of the time, even at night) and they get worse ,then you may need evaluation by a neurologist.
For now just relax and rest.

Take care,
Dr.Rovena

Hello again XXXXXX!

I am sorry that you are still thinking about being infected with HIV and this causes you anxiety.

Usually neurological symptoms and signs are observed late in the end stage. It is known that the virus enter in the Central Nervous System early ,probably soon after the person get infected ,but causes neurological problem in the late stage.
When we speak about neurological symptoms we refer to pain , numbness in limbs, loss of sensations .
Vibration sensation in the leg are not specific for neurological disorders.

I can understand that you think of the worst scenario but you shouldn't.
Considering the way tat "incident" happen ,you don't have any reason to think you have been infected.
Even in unprotected vaginal intercourse with an HIV positive person the probability of contracting HIV is high but not 100%.
Considering the fact that this happened only once, it was protected intercourse and you are not sure if she was HIV positive or not, the probability of contracting HIV is zero. You don't even need to get tested because even assuming that she was infected, there was no exposure for you since the intercourse was protected.
Stop thinking this possibility.

If this vibration sensations persist or get worse you should consult a physician (neurologist) and get examined. He will perform some physical tests to see if you have neurological signs or your nervous system is normal.
In this case he may order some tests like:
-Complete blood count
-Vitamin B12,Folate ,Calcium ,Kalium level
-Thyroid function tests.

Hope it answers your inquiry.
Take care,

ok i am agree with many of your suggestions but as i already told you that some part of my penis was touching vegina even after condom. that could be a possible risk, but you are right i am also not sure about her status of hiv.
2nd thing that i want to discus is related to stomach. stomach is better if i compare with last month, means i have good appetite , soft stool near about finished means last time i have three weeks before. but sometimes i feel pain which is for a very little time. is it normal?
and one more thing that i am observing is my stool color , with a light brown stool i have dark brown color patches type things. this also gives me tension .

Brief Answer:
it is not if concern.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

I can say to you many times that considering the incident , the risk of getting HIV in your case is very very low but if the idea of being infected is stuck in your mind and it causes you anxiety ,the solution is to get tested.
It has been enough time since the incident for the test to be conclusive.
You can run an antibody test ,which searches for antibodies against HIV virus in your blood. It is a very easy procedure and you can get the result the same day.
In this way you can put an end to these thoughts and relieve your anxiety.
You can consider running the test once you get home.

Regarding to your stomach pain ,it may happen. If it lasts little time and is not persistent ,you don't need to worry. If you are taking Multivitamins tablet ,they can cause it or if you don't follow strictly the recommended diet. This can happen time to time .It is not of concern.

The color of stool depends on the foods and supplements you are taking.
It may vary from light brown ,sometimes yellow, to dark brown.
As long as they aren't too pale to white ,or black black you don't need to worry.
Your color stool is perfectly normal.

Take care,
Dr.Rovena
