What Causes Swollen Boil On Inner Thigh During Pregnancy?
Question: Hello...it's urgent.. I m 9months pregnant waiting for my delivery anytime. Today a big lump of boil emerged on inner groin/bikini line near vagina..its getting big and intorrelably painful. Difficult to sleep. Can I take Dolo 650 to subside pain for tonight? Tomorrow will see doctor first thing in morning. Pls someone help..

Yes dolo which contains paracetamol is safe analgesic in pregnancy. You can take 1 tablet of dolo to reduce the pain.
Do not take more than 3 tablets per day.
If the pain does not come down then you can try opioid medication but it should be only taken of and only if the pain is very severe to bear.
Otherwise paracetamol will suffice.
