Brief Answer:
Antiinflammatory and antihistamines will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

The causes of swelling of lips could be angioedema(either allergic or idiopathic) or stomatitis or traumatic (if there is history injury).

Here I would like to ask some questions.
Since how many days you are having this problem?
how did it started?
are you taking any treatment?
Can you take a clinical picture and upload?

Meanwhile, you take some over the counter drugs for symptommatic relief.

1) antiinflammatory (ibuprofen)with serratiopeptidase to reduce inflammation and swelling.
2) Antihistamines like cetrizine(zyrtec) twice daily for 5 days.
3) you can also apply ice pack to reduce swelling.
4) vitamin b complex nutritional supplement twice daily.

Hope this will helps some relief. If still problem persists you should see local doctor or GP to have a clear diagnosis.

Regards,
