Brief Answer:
It could be a hydrocele

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

As per your description it seems that you are having a clinical condition known as "hydrocele". We have to rule out other diseases before starting the treatment.
Hydrocele is nothing but fluid collection around your testes. You don't need to worry regarding this as it is a harmless condition and effective treatment options are available.
Consult a general surgeon or a urologist and get an ultrasound with Doppler to confirm the diagnosis and rule out other diseases like varicocele or testicular tumor.
Once the diagnosis is confirmed, surgery is the best treatment available for this. The fluid is removed by a minor surgical procedure and you will be fine afterwards. No need to worry about the surg RT as it is an OP preocedure where in you can leave the hospital on the same day of the surgery.

Wishing you good health.
